<p>Dr Jianli Song was a former judge of the Supreme Court of the People's Republic of China, holds an LL.M. from the United Kingdom, and has been a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Cambridge, and the Max Planck Institute for Private International Law. </p><p><br></p><p>Dr. Bing Cheng was admitted to the bar in China, New York, England and Wales, and completed LL.M. at the University of Pennsylvania and Ritsumeikan University.</p>
